Casa de la Brisa House is a contemporary private residence designed to reflect refined European elegance while celebrating Mallorca’s natural beauty. Conceived as a serene retreat, the home seamlessly integrates open-plan living with the outdoors, responding carefully to the site’s sloped terrain.

The residence accommodates a master suite, women’s and children’s bedrooms, guest room, spa area with sauna, and generous living spaces, alongside functional features such as walk-in wardrobes and a private staff room. Privacy, comfort, and fluid circulation between shared and private zones guided the layout, while outdoor terraces and an inner courtyard with a mature tree invite nature into daily life.

Architectural design emphasises clean lines, visual lightness, and horizontal composition. The green-toned natural stone façade blends with the hillside and surrounding pine forest, allowing the house to harmonise with its environment.
