The central idea behind the concept of our new restaurant, "Iz Pechi" (From the Oven), revolves around the art of wood-fired cooking in traditional ovens. The restaurant features two ovens and two distinct thematic cooking zones: one dedicated to baking and the other focused on roasting duck. These two culinary directions are reflected in the interior design, with each zone having its own unique style while harmoniously complementing each other.

The baking zone is designed with a bright color palette, targeting families and daytime guests. This area creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where delicious wood-fired pizzas and homemade baked goods are served. The light tones, inspired by flour and golden crusts, combined with natural light wood, enhance the sense of coziness and relaxation.

In contrast, the meat roasting zone is tailored for evening dining and immerses guests in the natural environment of wild birds, as the main dish here is oven-roasted duck. The interior evokes the rustic beauty of charred wood, natural reeds, and greenery, creating a mood that connects guests with nature and the authenticity of the cooking process.

All of the furniture in the restaurant is custom-designed. Its robust forms and slightly rough texture emphasize the handmade craftsmanship, echoing the artisanal process of preparing the dishes themselves. Innovative solutions in table arrangement allow for flexibility in dining, where individual tables can be seamlessly combined into one large table for group gatherings. The centerpiece is a round serving table where the duck is carved in front of the guests, adding a dramatic and elegant touch to the presentation.

The restaurant's design is both elegant and minimalist, utilizing exclusively natural materials. The color scheme is inspired by the natural elements of the food and the wood-fired cooking process. In the baking area, soft tones reminiscent of flour and golden baked goods prevail, while the meat zone reflects the darker hues of charred wood, natural reeds, and plants displayed in bespoke wooden planters.

Special attention is given to the restaurant’s lighting, particularly in the evening. We have created a soft, atmospheric illumination by placing handcrafted decorative lights reminiscent of wasp nests in key areas, enhancing the intimate and warm ambiance of the space.

This thoughtful, minimalist design combines tradition, craftsmanship, and the raw beauty of nature, providing a unique dining experience where the interior seamlessly enhances the culinary journey.
