Tranquility Cottage is located in an active suburb of Kiev. In order to create maximum privacy from the surrounding neighbors, we designed its architecture, placing the house around the perimeter of the plot, while creating an enclosed patio. Each room has access to the lawn and all windows are oriented exclusively towards the courtyard. The thermowood backdrop along the pool seating area also helps create comfort and privacy.

The cottage has a cozy summer terrace with a fireplace. Due to the fact that it is built into the architecture of the house, it is closed from the winds, from the annoying summer sun and the curious glances of neighbors :) The courtyard has its own flowering garden, a sports ground, a small decorative garden and covered parking.
