Tranquility Cottage is located in a densely populated suburb of Kyiv, Ukraine. In order to create maximum privacy, we desined the house to be placed around the perimeter of the plot, thus creating an enclosed patio. Each room has access to the lawn and all the windows face the back garden. The thermowood backdrop along the pool lounge area adds to comfort and privacy.

The cottage has a cozy summer terrace with a fireplace. As we made it a part of the house, it is completely secluded, away from the winds, the blistering summer sun and the curious glances of the neighbors :) The courtyard has its own orchard, a sports ground, a small decorative kitchen garden and a covered parking.
